Tomorrow morning I have a 7am flight to Dallas. I'll be in Dallas participating in our New Director's Training program. I'm extremely excited about this opportunity and look forward to learning new ideas and bringing home some excitement and momentum to my team! I'll be back late afternoon on Tuesday and then on Thursday will begin a retreat that Blair is hosting. So it'll be a busy week for me but I'll keep you all abreast of the developments. I'll take lots of pictures to share with you all!
